Parent Governor Vacancy
We currently have a parent governor vacancy within our Governing Body. A letter will be coming home this week asking for anyone that is interested to fill in a nomination form and have it back to school by the 24th June 2019.
Welcome to our website. I am proud to be the Headteacher of this wonderful school!
Ryhill Junior, Infant and Nursery School is a welcoming, friendly and supportive school, which places the learners at the heart of everything we do. We aim to provide a high quality education within a caring environment which will help them to succeed and grow.
Through our engaging curriculum, we ensure that children can foster a passion for learning and curiosity that will help to develop high aspirations and a lifetime of memories. We believe in ensuring that children receive a well-rounded curriculum; where individual talents can be spotted and nurtured to ensure that all children experience success and reach their full potential.
The school has a dedicated team that works hard to reach high standards in everything we do and this is further embedded through our successful relationships with parents, the local community and the other schools including those in the local area. We firmly believe that education is a partnership between home and school and regard you as an active partner in your child's education and value your interest and support.
'Together we can achieve!'
Alongside the pupils, staff, governors, parents and carers, I would like to offer you a warm welcome to our school.
Mrs. E. Jones (Headteacher)
WE ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THAT WE ARE NOW A NATIONAL SCHOOL BREAKFAST PROGRAMME SCHOOL!
We are proud to be a National School Breakfast Programme school. We are happy to offer a healthy breakfast to all our children and we would welcome your child to join us for a tasty bagel at the beginning of each day served in their classrooms during registration.
The Programme ensures that no child starts the school day too hungry to learn. Funding for the programme comes from the Department of Education and is being delivered into our school through two charities: Family Action and Magic Breakfast.
