School Terms for the Academic Year

2009 - 2010

Dear Parents/Carers,

To help with your holiday arrangements may we remind you that children should not be taken out of school during term time. However, should a parent/carer be required by their place of work to take holidays in term time, then I should be able to condsider such a request upon receipt of e letter from your employer.

No holidays will be authorised between 10th May and 21st May 2010 (SAT's week and assessment week).

Autumn Term

School opens on MON 7th Sept 2009 and closes for Half Term on FRI 23rd Oct 2009

School will re-open on MON 2nd Nov 2009 and close for the Christmas holidays on FRI 18th Dec 2009

Spring Term

School opens on MON 4th Jan 2010 and closes for Half Term on FRI 12th Feb 2010

School will re-open on MON 22nd Feb 2010 and close for the Easter holidays on THURS 1st Apr 2010

Summer  Term

School opens on MON 19th Apr 2010 and closes for Half Term on FRI 28th May 2010

School will re-open on MON 7th Jun 2010 and close for the summer holidays on TUES 27th Jul 2010
